Website terms of use

Terms governing use of the public herculean.chat website and its content.

Last updated: 30 August 2026

These terms govern your use of the public website at herculean.chat. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

The website is operated by Truly Digital Ltd, trading as Herculean, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 09206603. Its registered office is 86–90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom.

These terms do not govern the authenticated Herculean application or its integrations, which have separate application terms.

About the website

Herculean provides this website to explain a product in development, publish related resources and operate a product waitlist. Website descriptions, demonstrations, roadmaps, prices and anticipated features are informational only. They are not a promise that a feature, price, release date or service will become available.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to Herculean, create a paid subscription or require you to purchase anything.

Acceptable use

You may use the website for lawful personal or business-information purposes. You must not:

  • break any applicable law or infringe another person’s rights;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or related systems;
  • probe, scan or test vulnerabilities without prior written permission;
  • disrupt the website, overwhelm it with automated requests, or bypass protective measures;
  • introduce malicious code or use the website to distribute harmful material;
  • misrepresent your identity when submitting information; or
  • scrape, reproduce or commercially exploit substantial website content except where the law expressly permits it.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, its users or third parties.

Waitlist communications

If you join the waitlist, you must provide an email address you are entitled to use. We will use it as described in our website privacy policy. You can unsubscribe from waitlist communications at any time. You are responsible for keeping your own email account secure.

Intellectual property

The website, branding, artwork, copy, layout and original materials are owned by Herculean or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view the website and make reasonable personal use of its publicly available content. No other licence is granted. Herculean and its associated names, logos and visual identity may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without prior permission.

Any third-party names, trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.

The website may submit information to or link to third-party services, including Loops and YouTube. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, security or availability.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website without notice. We do not promise that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free. We may also correct or remove content that is inaccurate or outdated.

No professional advice

Website content is provided for general information only. It is not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as a substitute for advice suited to your circumstances.

Responsibility when things go wrong

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that consumer law gives you or excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Herculean is responsible for reasonably foreseeable loss caused by its failure to use reasonable care or by a material breach of these terms. Herculean is not responsible for loss caused by your breach, a third-party service outside Herculean’s reasonable control, or an event Herculean could not reasonably prevent.

If you use the website wholly or mainly for business purposes, Herculean is not responsible for loss of profit, revenue, business, anticipated savings, goodwill or business opportunity, or for indirect loss that neither party could reasonably foresee. This business-use limitation does not apply to consumers.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms for legal, security, technical or product reasons. We will publish the updated terms and revise the date above. If you continue using the website after the revised terms take effect, they govern that later use.

General

If a court or competent authority finds part of these terms unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later. These terms do not give enforcement rights to anyone other than you and Herculean.

These terms and any non-contractual dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, but if you are a consumer living elsewhere, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your local courts. Your mandatory rights under the laws of the country where you live continue to apply.

Contact
