In this example we provide the very prompt that we gave to OpenAI Codex running GPT-5.6 Sol on Low reasoning settings. This one prompt set up the entire project in Herculean using Herculean’s features and model education to provide a strong initial moving plan including a number of inferred tasks and complications we casually referred to in the prompt.

Our Prompt

I am moving house in roughly three months. I want you to help me organise the aspects that I need to deal with for physically moving. Don't worry about the sales considerations
  as my conveyancer is taking care of that.

  Could you use Herculean in a new project called 'House Move' to create a number of new tasks that cover aspects such as:

  - Mortgage management
  - Packing
  - Managing utilities
  - Mail management
  - Home and other insurances
  - Change of addresses
  - Property and other tax considerations

  I want you to add dependencies on the tasks that you make so I can see which tasks depend on other tasks. I also want you to add appropriate labels so I can see what sort of

Included in this chat are two key aspects:

Additionally, the dependencies were fully linked allowing for a full dependency view of every task showing what relied on what.

Additionally, the AI added a number of labels indicating where decisions were required, which tasks ealt with the changing Tax & legal authorities, which are to do with Insurance and other concerns surfaced from its research.
